This petition has been filed seeking to amend the police station name, Mannargudi Taluk Police Station, Thiruvarur District instead of Kalappal Police Station, Thiruvarur District, in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.29238 of 2023 dated 28.12.2023.

3.Considering the submission, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.29238 of 2023 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 28.12.2023.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for executing sureties till 23.02.2024.
