This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.34 of 2002 dated 27.02.2004 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.985 of 1995 dated 27.03.2002 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai.

JUDGMENT
On 06.06.2018, it was reported before this Court that the sole appellant died and the learned counsel for the appellant sought time to take appropriate steps. Despite more than 6 months have lapsed, no application is filed to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.
