Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the surety in Crl.MP.No.11790 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.5881 of 2020 order dated 19.11.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.FRANKLIN,Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11790 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5881 of 2020, dated 19.11.2021, for executing the sureties.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Though the time has already been granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11790 of 2021 by order dated 19.11.2021, considering the Covid-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 10/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
