This application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to amend the Petition in Paragraph No.7, 2nd Line it mentioned as Savings Bank Account Number of 048772909 instead of that Bank Account Number and to amend the Saving Bank Account Number as 0643918489 and consequently this Hon'ble Court should not be pleased to amend in the order copy dated 24/10/2018 of this Hon'ble Court in Page No.2 in paragraph No. (iii) 1st line and page No.3 in Exhibit Document Column No.3, 2nd line it mentioned as Saving Bank Account Number of 048772909 instead of that to amend as Savings Bank Account Number 0643918489.

O.P.No306 of 2018:

This original petition praying that this Hon'ble court be pleased that a succession certificate may be granted to the petitioner with power to collect the debts and to receive interest specified in the schedule in the petition. These application and original petition are coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: This application has been filed to amend the Savings Bank Account Number as 0643918489 instead of 048772909 in the original petition as well as in the order dated 24.10.2018 passed in O.P.No.306 of 2018.

2. This Court has perused the order passed by this Court and the original petition filed by the applicant/petitioner. In the original petition itself the saving account number was wrongly given and the original petition in O.P.No.306 of 2018 was already disposed of on merits on 24.10.2018 itself and this Court has ceased of this matter. Therefore, the application under Order XIV Rule 8 of Original Side r/w Order VI Rule 17 of CPC is not maintainable.

3. In view of the above, this application is dismissed. However, the applicant shall work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Sd/.P.V.J.
