Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to clarifying the order of interim stay dated 03.11.2016 passed in CMP No.17133 of 2016 in CRP (PD) No.3353 of 2016, will not be an impediment for the third respondent/Arbitrator to proceed with the challenge filed before him by the respondents 1 & 2 under Sec.13(2) (a) read with sec.12(3)(a) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and (in CMP No.7359 of 2017 IN CRP.3353/2016) (ii)To clarifying the order of interim stay dated 03.11.2016 passed in CMP No.17134 of 2016 in CRP (PD) No.3354 of 2016, will not be an impediment for the third respondent/Arbitrator to proceed with the challenge filed before him by the respondents 1 & 2 under Sec.13(2)(a) read with sec.12(3)(a) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and (in CMP No.7360 of 2017 IN CRP.3354/2016) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavit filed in support thereof
and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- There is no question of clarifying the order, in view of the prayer made by the petitioner in the miscellaneous applications in CMP.17133/16 & 17134/16.
