Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of rejection of tender of the petitioner dated 13.11.2017 on the file of the 1st respondent in respect of Tender Notice Reference Roc.No.374/2017/A5 for the work "Strengthening and upgradation to the road from 02 No in Nangavalli Block Package No.SLM 10/2016-17 of Salem District under SCPAR 2016-17" (Tender Id:2017_RDTN_75599_1) quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to evolve the tender of the petitioner on merits. Prayer in WP.No.30263 of 2017 :
