These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to declare the respondents 5 and 6 in the above Second Appeal have attained majority. 2.Ms.J.Jani Jebamalar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fifth respondent was born on 01.05.1995, while, the sixth respondent born on 25.09.1999, both have attained majority.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing these petitions.
4. In the light of the above facts, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
