O R D E R
The petitioner has filed a bail application before the XIth Additional City Civil Sessions Judge in Crl.M.P.No.5559 of 2014 in RC.MA1/2014/A/0004.
2.While granting bail, the Court has imposed certain conditions. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a relaxation petition for relaxing the condition.
3.When the matter came up for hearing on 02.01.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and therefore the respondent Police was directed to verify the same. 4.Now the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBI, ACB, Chennai has filed a report stating that the petitioner is no more and also attached a copy of the Death Certificate which shows the petitioner died on 11.03.2020.

5.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as abated.
