This Court by its earlier order dated 03.09.2021 granted an order of interim injunction as prayed for in OA. No.197 of 2021 and also recorded the fact that the respondents 1,2,4 and 5 have been duly served in the said application.

2. Today also, the names of the respondents are printed in the cause list. Till date, the respondents have not entered appearance either in OA. No.197 of 2021 or in the Suit CS. No.125 of 2021.

3. This Court has also perused and examined the earlier order dated 03.09.2021 passed by this Court in OA. No.197 of 2021 and satisfied that the plaintiff is entitled for interim injunction as prayed for in OA. No.197 of 2021.

4. Accordingly, the interim injunction granted on 03.09.2021 in favour of the plaintiff in OA. No.197 of 2021 is made absolute and OA. No.197 of 2021 is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to post the suit before the learned Additional Master - IV for recording evidence on 22.12.2021.
