C O M M O N O R D E R Both these Criminal Original Petitions challenged the First Information Reports which have been registered against the rival parties relating to the same occurrence.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation was conducted and final reports were made ready in both the cases.
3.In view of the above submission, the prayers in the instant petitions have become infructuous. It is open to the petitioners to challenge the same if they are advised to do so. 4.With the above observations, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
