This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 17.02.2017 passed by this Court in Cont. P. No.65 of 2017 in Crl.O.P. No.18424 of 2016.

Today, Mr. G.Prabhu, Inspector of Police, R-1, Mambalam Police Station, T.Nagar, Chennai, is present.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the aforesaid order, alleging non compliance of which, this contempt petition has been filed, has been fully complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded on this aspect.

Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.
