These applications have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th defendant in the above suit; to bring the legal heir of the deceased 5th defendant in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the same are allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title of the suit.

5. Post the matter after two weeks for filing the amended copy of the plaint.
