3. Today, there is no representation on the side of the appellant. However, the learned counsel for the respondent(s) is present and represented that the appellant died long time back.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and also taking into consideration the order passed by this Court on 27.09.2019, these Second Appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs.
