O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Jayashree, daughter of K.Kannan, aged about 19 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue Jayashree is secured and produced before this Court along with her counsel and one Selvakumar, aged about 27 years is also present before this Court 3.On enquiry, the detenue stated that she is a major and that she married one Selvakumar, son of Vijayan. In support of her contention, she has produced a supporting document, viz., a copy of the Marriage Registration Certificate which was obtained from the Marriage Registrar, Cuddalore-1. expressed her willingness to go only along with her husband, who is also before us and that there is no illegal detention by anybody.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue, a major, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
