This Petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.331 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tharamangalam Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent, on instructions, stated that the case has been investigated and the same has been referred as mistake of fact on 21.09.2019 in RC.No.29 of 2019 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
