The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.351 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the owner of the Bolero City Pickup with Registration No.TN 28 BV 9844. It is alleged that the defacto complainant handed over the said vehicle to the first accused and he mortgaged the vehicle to the petitioner herein and obtained a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as a loan. Hence the complaint
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing there is no respondent for the petitioner.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the gravity of offence and the investigation in detail is required, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
