This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to file final report in Crime No.230 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the presence of the petitioner as a witness is required for completing the enquiry in Crime No.230 of 2015.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the respondent police by appearing before the second respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
