This is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner. Earlier, this Court, while considering the bail application in Crl.O.P.No.36071 of 2025 dated 08.01.2026, granted bail to the co-accused. However, insofar as the present petitioner is concerned, this Court found that the specific overt acts were attributed to him and, therefore, dismissed the bail application.

After dismissal of the said application, no change in circumstances has been placed before this Court to warrant reconsideration of the said order. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order passed dismissing the bail application of the petitioner.
