[Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] With reference to the order impugned passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.927 of 2016 dated 8th November, 2017, the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners would submit that the Department has preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in C.A.Nos.1843 to 1847 of 2024. The contempt application filed by the contesting respondents in the said petitions has also been stayed by the
Hon'ble Supreme Court.
2. Since the issues are subjudiced before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the respondent's case in the present petition is also directed to be considered after disposal of the civil appeals by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, more specifically, with regard to the benefits, if any granted.
