ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to frame scheme of Administration of M.K.N.Madarsa Trust, Athiramapattinam, Tanjore District in terms of Trust Deed (Wakf Deed) dated 06.04.1901 and 16.12.1900 as per Section 69 of the Wakf Act 1985.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.
3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
