O R D E R

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed against the order dated 25.09.2017 wherein the lower Court awarded the maintenance amount Rs.15,000/- to the respondents herein. Aggrieved by the said order, the present revision petition is filed.

2.The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing of the present revision, there was a compromise arrived at between the petitioner and the first respondent. Accordingly, a compromise memo was filed duly signed by both parties before the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein has filed HMOP No.824 of 2013, before the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai, seeking divorce against the respondent herein and subsequently, the respondents herein have filed the maintenance case in M.C.No..177 of 2016 seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

maintenance for herself and her daughter and to mete out her daughter's educational expenses.

4.When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the first respondent have decided to join together and now they are living happily and that in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the cases pending before the Court below in HMOP No.824 of 2013 and M.C.No.177 of 2016 were withdrawn by the respective parties.

5.In view of the above, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision petition. Accordingly, this criminal revision case is closed.
