2. Though notice is served on the respondents, there was no appearance on behalf of the respondents.

3. Even today, i.e. 09.12.2019, when the matters are taken up, neither the petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, connected MP.Nos.1 and 1 of 2013 are closed and interim stay is vacated.
