ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.OP.No.32394 of 2025 dated 26.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not able to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, therefore, even after granting bail, he is not able to come out from the prison. He further submitted that the said condition is onerous, Hence, he seeks to modify the said condition.

3. I have gone through the order passed by me and the payment of Rs.5,00,000/- was imposed on the petitioner, based on the order passed in respect of the petition filed by the co-accused.

4. Considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition 7(b) imposed on the petitioner, directing to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.16 of 2024 before the learned Magistrate is concerned, shall stands cancelled.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
