ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.173 of 2014 dated 14.02.2014 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.173 of 2014, investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is also made ready. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time for filing the said charge sheet before the Jurisdictional Court.

3. The said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the court concerned within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the Court concerned shall take up the same and do the needful as per law, as expeditiously as possible.
