C.M.P.No.1441 of 2021 in S.A.No.63 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., Today, when the matter was called, Mr.T.Murugamanickam, learned Senior Counsel would state that despite the orders of this Court granting interim stay until further orders, the learned District Munsif Court, Rasipuram would insist on proceeding with the execution proceedings stating that the interim order is limited only to a period of six months.

2. It is rather strange that the learned District Munsif fails to take note of the orders passed by this Court, wherein the interim stay has been granted until further orders.

3. The learned Judge shall not proceed with the further hearings of the execution proceedings till the respondents herein/decree holder get any order varying the interim order already granted by this Court.

4.The order of interim stay already granted by this Court is made absolute.
