CRL.O.P.No.10693 of 2016 S.VAIDYANATHAN, J., Mr.C.Ayyapparaj, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] on instructions, submits that this is a case of matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant.

2.Considering the nature of allegation coupled with the fact that only a petition enquiry is pending in the matter in C.S.R.No.326 of 2016, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for further enquiry. The respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two months from today. Pending enquiry, the petitioner shall not be arrested. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
