This petition has been filed tocall for the records in Cr.No.9 of 2014 for offences under Sections 417 r/s 376, 420, 354-A,506 (i) IPC and 66-A Information Technology act pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the FIR as against the petitioner.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.9 of 2014 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No. 9 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate II Court, Puducherry.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge sheet has been filed, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
