Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court praying to issue a certified copy of the Judgment and Decree dated 28.02.2017 in R.C.A.No.76 of 2016 on the file of the VIII Small Causes Court, Chennai in C.A No.3123 of 2017.

2. Mr.A.Palaniappan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is an urgency for issuance of certified copy of the Judgment and Decree, dated 28.02.2017, since the respondents are pressing the Executing Petition in E.P.No.79 of 2014 on the file of the Executing Court/X Small causes Court Chennai for further orders.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, without going in to merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the VIII Small Causes Court, Chennai, to issue certified copy of the Judgment and Decree dated 28.02.2017 in R.C.A.No.76 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the mean time, the respondents shall not proceed with E.P.No.79 of 2014 till the

date of issue of certified copies.
