Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 7 for taking steps to Excommunicate the petitioner's family from the Church of St.Aginesammal Church, Aginesapuram, Koovathur Post, Udayar Palayam Taluk, Ariyalur District and for not giving any permission to conduct the marriage of the petitioner's elder son A.Justin Raj with Selvi.Arockia Jenifer Subashini D/o.Susai based upon the order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.10408 of 2015 dated 10.04.2015 and also representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2015.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.
