O R D E R

The Petitioner/husband has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam, filed by the wife for restitution of conjugal rights and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2021, filed by him, for divorce.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

Though this transfer petition is filed by the husband seeking transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Gobichettiplayam to the file of the Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2021, the learned counsel for the petitionerhusband, on instructions, now states that the husband has no objection to his H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2021 pending before the Sub Court at Sathyamangalam being transferred to the Sub Court at Gobichettipalayam to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taking into account the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner-husband, H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court at Sathyamangalam shall stand withdrawn and the same is transferred to the Sub Court at Gobichettipalayam to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2021. Accordingly, this Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of. No costs.
