2. Office report says respondents 25 & 26 have been served and they have not entered appearance. I have gone through the affidavits. I am satisfied with the reasons. All the three Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. Office is directed to amend the cause title and show the respondents 25 & 26 as the legal representatives of the deceased 6th respondent.
