ORDER

These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to set aside the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.9191 of 2012 in STR 2173 of 2010 dated 11.01.2013 and Crl.M.P.No.3121 of 2014 in STR 2173 of 2010 dated 08.01.2015, by the Court below.

2. An application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 311 of Criminal Procedure Code, to recall P.W.1 for further Cross, and this Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the orders passed by the Court below.

3. The complaint has been filed in the year 2010 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

4. In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed, and there shall be a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in STR 2173 of 2010 within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has not already been disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
