ORDER

This Court, by order dated 23.11.2016 in W.P.No.41174 of 2016, has directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2016 seeking regularization of her service and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law and also as per G.O.2D.No.29 PWD (C2) Department, dated 09.02.2016 and based on the proposals dated 01.06.2010 and 28.06.2016, within a period of six weeks.

2.Since the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that by considering the representation of the petitioner, the respondent has passed an order dated 03.02.2017 rejecting the claim of the petitioner; that as such, the order of this Court has been complied with the respondent. The learned Special Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the order dated 03.02.2017 issued by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed.
