ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in AWPS (c) Crime No.35 of 2012 filed by the respondent police, Coimbatore and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in AWPS (c) Crime No.35 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.78 of 2013.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in AWPS (c) Crime No.35 of 2012, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. 15.12.2016 Index:Yes/No sbi
