.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the fifth and sixth respondents A.

To issue circulars to all District Court and Civil Courts in Tamil Nadu not to take on file on the encroachment of water body and government lands cases and the cases should not be numbered and not entertain it.

To all District Courts and Civil Court should stop further proceeding of encroachment on water bodies and government lands in Tamil Nadu.

To take appropriate action on the Government Officials who gave pattas and housing plans on the water bodies and water channels and government lands.

By considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2021.
