Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.404 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in S.C. No.134/2017 by judgement dated 25.06.2019 passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri against the petitioners and enlarge the petitioners on bail till pending disposal of Criminal Appeal No.404/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.404 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.R.THANGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said endorsement, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
