Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. The respondent's name is printed, and no one appeared.
3. The petitioner alleges a breach of the terms of the agreement between the parties. According to the respondent, as an ex-employee, they will be liable to reimburse the petitioner's Company a sum of Rs.25 lakhs as liquidated damages for committing a breach.
4. Notice has been issued for the appointment of a sole arbitrator, but there has been no response.
5. After perusing the petition, I find that it is a fit case for appointment of an arbitrator.
6. Hence, Mrs.Adhilakshmi Logamurthy, the learned Advocate is appointed as an Arbitrator and after hearing both the parties, the Arbitrator shall co-operate by terms of the Arbitration Conciliation Act in accordance with rules.

7. Accordingly, Mrs.Adhilakshmi Logamurthy, learned Advocate (Mobile Number: 9841014926) is appointed as an Arbitrator and the learned Advocate shall conduct the Arbitration at Arbitration Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai. The remuneration of the learned Advocate left to discretion of Arbitrator and is entitled for travelling allowance on par with the High Court status.
