When this matter was taken for hearing on 25.06.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the matter to be listed on 01.07.2025 under the caption "for dismissal". Thereafter, this matter was listed on 01.07.2025 and was adjourned to 08.07.2025 under the same caption "For dismissal". Even today i.e., on 08.07.2025, when the matter is called, none appeared on both sides. Thus, it appears that the parties are not interested to pursue the case any further. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
