It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that a direction passed by this Court in W.P.No.44040 of 2019, dated 19.12.2019, has been complied with and to that effect, the proceedings of the second respondent in br.K.M.vz; :045/2017/g3, dated 22.04.2021, has been produced before this Court. 3.Recording the same, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Petition and therefore, the same is closed.
