2. The application is filed to extend the time of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by four months. It is the specific contention of the applicant that the trial has already concluded and the applicant's side arguments have also been advanced and therefore, to enable the Arbitral Tribunal to conclude the proceedings and publish the final award, extension of four months is sought for.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent has fairly submitted that she has no serious objection for the mandate being extended as prayed for. In view of the above, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by four months from today.
