JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions, submits that the appellants would prefer a review before the learned Single Judge. According to him, it was an error in stating that the defective meter is still available.

2. It is for the appellants to take steps, as the appellants may deem fit.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the appellants, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The appellants

may file a review, as may be permissible under law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.1706 of 2024 is closed.
