These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise the scales of pay of the petitioners as per G.O.Ms.No.71, (Finance) Pay Cell, dated 26.2.2011, in accordance with the directions given in Para 51(vi) of the judgment rendered by Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No.504 of 2013 dated 27.2.2014 with all consequential benefits such as revised pension, arrears of pension and salary if any.

COMMON ORDER The relief sought for in these writ petitions are for a direction to direct the respondents to revise the scales of pay of the petitioners as per G.O.Ms.No.71, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 26.2.2011, in accordance with the directions given in Para 51(vi) of the judgment rendered by Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.504 of 2013 dated 27.2.2014.

2. In this regard, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, stated that the order passed in the Writ Appeal was confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (Civil) No.12355 of 2014 on 16.1.2015.

3. Thus, this Court is of the view that the eligibility of the writ petitioners are also to be decided to avail the benefit of G.O.(Ms) No.71, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 26.2.2011. In this view of the matter, the writ petitioners are directed to submit a detailed representation, enclosing the copy of G.O.(Ms) No.71, Finance

(Pay Cell) Department, dated 26.2.2011 and the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dated 27.2.2014 in W.A.No.504 of 2013. On receipt of such representation from the writ petitioners, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
