ORDER

The Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.20 of 2006 on the file of the Sub-Court, Pollachi dated 21.09.2006, confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.732 of 1998 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pollachi dated 28.07.2003.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (29.11.2022), learned counsel for the Appellant submitted an affidavit stating that the Respondent is his brother and at the intervention of elders and mediators, they arrived at a settlement and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
