The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to forbear the respondents from in any manner removing the petitioners advertisement boards situate across the road at Marappalam RUB near Madukkarai Railway Station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the license granted to the writ petitioner for hoardings expired in November 2013 itself. This apart, the hoardings of the writ petitioners were already removed and therefore, no further consideration is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
