2. When the case was listed on 10.02.2022 and 16.02.2022, there was no representation made on the side of the appellant and this Court, passed an order directing the Registry to list the matter on 17.02.2022, under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today, i.e.17.02.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the appellant. Thus, it is evident that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter.
