M.S.RAMESH, J., and SUNDER MOHAN,J., (Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.,) The third respondent is called upon to be present before this Court along with his minor daughter at 4.30p.m on 12.02.2024.

2. Till such time, the observations and directions issued in our order dated 03.01.2024 shall continue.

3. It is hereby clarified that during the mother's visit, no third person shall accompany either with the third respondent or the petitioner, including the lawyers.
