ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.4 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate Submitted that during pendency of this petition, the respondent police filed charge sheet in CC.No.1465 of 2020 before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
