O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the case in Crime No.520 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent police to some other officer and to conduct proper investigation. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime No.520 of 2025 has been completed and the case has been referred as "Mistake of Fact". He further submitted that the RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner and that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur.

In view of the above, this Court finds that the prayer sought in this petition to transfer the case cannot be entertained. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
