This petition is filed to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 62 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
