2. With reference to paragraph-5 of the order passed in WP No.30834 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023, without expressing any further opinion, appellants may look into the issues and take appropriate decision.

3. With the above observations, the present writ appeal stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
